How the Coaching Process Works:

Our coaching sessions will take place on the phone; this allows for more flexibility and ease. Take a look at these benefits:

You are not restricted to having a coach that is within a certain distance of your work/home
It eliminates time spent traveling to and from a set location - yeah, no traffic to deal with

For those who just want a couple of sessions on a specific topic: (new clients only)

I offer you a choice of these two-session packages that are a great price. Cost - $89.

Pick Two - This lets you choose two areas that you'd like help with.

It includes 2 x 45 min. sessions
We cover one area/topic each session

Relationship Skills - This is designed to boost your confidence.

It includes 2 x 45 min. sessions
I tailor it to fit your relationship status and needs.

For those who want to work more in-depth but aren't sure if coaching is what you need:

Our first meeting with each other is complimentary. It is generally about 30 minutes and may include a 10-15 minute laser session. The purpose of this call is to:

determine if coaching is something you would find helpful and benefit from at this time?
determine if coaching with me would be a good fit - do we have the potential for a good working relationship with one another?

If we both feel that we could work well together, then you simply select the number of weekly sessions you want. Below are some guidelines.

One-on-One Coaching Sessions:

Once you've made the decision to hire me as your personal life coach, I will send you a welcome packet. This includes our agreement and other paperwork to help me learn more about you, including what’s most important to you right now.

We will then schedule a time for our calls. The first call will be our Discovery Session and generally is about 1 hour. All calls after that will be 45 minutes each.

In our meetings you will be supported (emotionally, spiritually, socially), listened to, and challenged.

You invested in your company/career; invest in your own well-being!

I recognize that finding the time for 'one more thing' may be difficult. I also know that business professionals have things come up that they have to react to immediately. We will set a weekly session time; with advance notice, I can be flexible and will do what I can to work with your demanding schedule. In addition to our one-on-one meetings, your monthly fees also include unlimited email support and occasional 10-15 laser sessions. With that said, here’s what I offer:

Here are my standard rates:

6 - 45 minute phone sessions a month - $450
           This option is great for jumpstarting, maintaining momentum or working through crises or critical times.

4 - 45 minute phone sessions a month - $320
           This frequency works out great for most people.

3 - 45 minute phone sessions a month - $250
           This can be used for maintenance after your main goals have been reached.

A 15% discount will be given if you choose to purchase three months at a time. Contact Levya for arrangements on this option.
