Could your relationships be better?

Relationships matter! And... great relationships don't just happen.

Relationships are what life is all about. And, unless you've isolated yourself from humanity, you're going to have daily interactions with people either on the phone, via email, or in person.

We all are in various types of relationships:

parental - how we relate to our parents and grandparents
familial - how we relate to other family members, such as siblings, aunts, uncles, children, and grandchildren...
intimate - how we relate to a dating partner, S.O., or spouse
work - how we relate to our boss and co-workers
teachers/mentors - people who teach us
self - we each have a relationship with ourself
coaches - people who help us become our best self

Relationships can be tricky - here are a couple of reasons why they can cause upset, anxiety, frustration, and bewilderment:

There are no two relationships that are alike. And, that means, you can't just take what you do in one relationship and have it work in another.
Relationships are ever changing. With every experience we have, we slightly change and that has the potential to change the dynamic of the relationships we're in.

Here's how I can help, the coaching relationship provides you with:

someone who truly cares and will listen to you
a place to explore your options and determine how you want to show up in each relationship
someone to be accountable to who will help you take actions that might be outside your comfort zone
someone who will encourage you and hold up a mirror so you can see your incredible self more clearly

Improv for Introverts: Improve Your Relationships Through Improv - If you are shy or just wish you were more fun and spontaneous in social situations and think playing games sounds like fun, then jump in and join us! You will learn to develop more self-confidence, awaken your creativity, and express yourself more easily. No improv or comedy experience required.

Take the guesswork out of finding a good match; learn how to transform your dating patterns to get the end results you want.
